Ah, yes. Back before the smartphone became an extension of our bodies, there was a whole different kind of life documentation. People carried actual cameras everywhere, with no filters and only one social feed. They just took pictures of everything. And then they uploaded all of them to the internet, without a second thought.
Enough time has passed for one awkward truth to sink in: what goes online, stays online. The result is those cringey photos the Internet saved, the ones you stumble upon that give you full-body shivers, and you can’t even remember what possible thought process led to them. (The answer is: none).
So, a friendly reminder: the internet is a forever-place. And history never sleeps,it just sometimes looks really, really silly.
