An Austrian woman who goes by the name “Fetisch Barbie” on social media has spent tens of thousands of dollars on cosmetic procedures and says she has no intention of stopping. With more than $70,000 invested in fillers and other body modifications so far, her appearance has become a personal project that continues to evolve. For many observers, it’s a clear case of how Fetisch Barbie pushes limits of fillers far beyond what’s considered typical.
She began undergoing aesthetic treatments at the age of 18 and has since gone through a wide range of procedures, including dozens of filler injections in her lips, as well as breast augmentation surgery that dramatically changed her figure.
Now in her late twenties and based in Vienna, she publicly describes herself as someone who works professionally with adult clients. She sees her unconventional look not as an end goal, but as an ongoing expression of her identity.
