Lesley Maxwell, a 65-year-old personal trainer with over 149,000 Instagram followers, says her inbox is always full of messages from men. Still, she admits she prefers younger guys, ideally under 30, who can keep up with her energy.
“I may be a grandmother, but that doesn’t stop me from living life to the fullest,” Lesley explained. “Younger men are spontaneous, full of life, and they appreciate a confident woman who knows what she wants.”
Often mistaken for her granddaughter’s sister, Lesley believes young men match her both in the gym and outside of it. “They make me feel alive and inspire me with their fresh outlook,” she added.
She prefers partners between 25 and 40, noting that chemistry matters more than age. Confidence, fitness, humor, and even good kissing skills are high on her list. Above all, she values men who take care of themselves and enjoy life. For her, age is just a number, what truly counts is the connection.

There are plenty of old dudes who failed to plan ahead in life who are on the hunt for a purse and/or a nurse. Pick one, grandma muscular. Just remember, you cannot teach an old dog new tricks, so learn to accept they are not you. Oh, right, you want a young man. Well, just as there are chubby chasers, there are also grandma fetishists. They’ll come around. Have the warm cookies ready when they do.
