Daniel Gulliver, an English tattoo artist, has gained fame for creating raised tattoos that appear to be carved into the flesh of the user.
London is the hometown of Daniel Gulliver, often known as Gulli. He specializes in a wide range of tattoo techniques, from tiny, incredibly realistic portraits to stunning optical illusions like items that levitate and characters that have precisely placed shadows to give the appearance of “floating.”
Gulliver’s debossing tattoos, which seem to be etched into the flesh, are what have made him most famous, though. Even if they can be ugly to look at, one cannot discount the skill and laborious effort that went into making them.
