A father and daughter from Syracuse, N.Y., hold the record for the world’s widest tongues. Byron Schlenker’s tongue measures an impressive 8.57 cm, earning him the Guinness World Record for the widest tongue. According to Guinness, Schlenker previously set the record at 8.3 cm, but his tongue has since grown even wider. His daughter, 24-year-old Emily, isn’t far behind, her tongue measures 7.33 cm, making her the female record holder.
